Our team is led by award-winning loan originator Jake Bordessa, who was nationally recognized in 2011 and 2012 as a Top 1% Loan Originator. In addition, our parent company, American Pacific Mortgage, was placed in the Top 100 Mortgage Companies in America 2012.

Don Banayo is an eight year veteran in the mortgage industry with experience ranging from loan processing, doc drawing, funding and mortgage sales consultation. He attended the University of California, Irvine where he graduated with a double major in Political Science and Psychology. After college, Don held various operational positions at Twin Capital Mortgage which was a startup broker firm focusing on residential home purchases and refinances based in the San Francisco area.
Don’s most recent experience was with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. As a Home Mortgage Consultant, he worked extensively with customers, clients, underwriters, and processors to effectively close loan transactions. He developed a focus on producing high quality loans that met the lender guidelines by building relationships with realtors, financial professionals, bank stores, and past customers, while providing excellent customer service.
Don joined Premier Pacific Group in 2013 as a Senior Loan Processor. He brings a wealth of knowledge regarding lender products, policies, and underwriting requirements. With his marketing and sales experience, he’s equipped with the resourcefulness to adapt to this ever-changing environment. As a member of Premier Pacific Group, Don continues his customer focused approach while the company leads the way in mortgage lending with integrity and unmatched excellence in the industry.
